I've spend my entire life as a self-employed entrepreneur and I know how to work hard and smart to make things happen like selling properties! I spent 25 years building up a wedding accessories company and even owned a couple of bridal shops along the way. Eventually I began creating my own products and wholesaling them to companies such as David's Bridal The Wedding Outlet and other major retailers. I sold my company in 2016.

My parents believed in real estate investing so it followed that my husband and I got off to an early start investing in income properties. We had experienced several types of transactions including standard and reverse 1031 exchanges seller financing and the joy of promissory notes dual agency (didn't work out well for us at all!) and other interesting situations. Becoming a real estate agent came naturally to me and I determined that I would take all of the good and bad experiences we'd had with agents in the past and use those to do better for my own clients. My desire is to approach my work in real estate with the highest of ethics; full care and concern for each of my clients honoring their unique needs and desires. I do my very best to answer my phone promptly and be available to my clients when they need me and I participate in a lot of education to keep up with the latest laws and best marketing practices. My goal in my work is not quantity but quality. I have sought out the very top professionals in the fields of real estate photography home inspectors home stagers and other associates so that my sellers will receive the very best price for their home. As a buyer's agent I request that my clients get pre-approval for the financing they will require before we tour homes so that when we find the perfect property we are in a very strong position to get our offer accepted.
